I have never been to a steak house like this before! It’s a little bit like a hole-in-the-wall. I enjoyed how everything is made fresh for you. Outback Steakhouse and other chain steakhouses like that mostly use microwaves, and after coming here, you can really taste the difference with a steak that just came off the grill and has that smoky charcoal taste. The prices are great, especially considering the portions are enormous! The 8 oz sirloin was only $12 for the lunch special, and came with a side (baked potato, mashed potatoes, or rice), salad or coleslaw, and garlic bread. The fried whiting was even more delicious than the steak; $16, also with a side, salad or coleslaw, and garlic bread. The fish was well seasoned and sliced thin so that the outside was perfectly crispy. The portions were so large that I couldn’t even finish it all; I brought half of the fish home and baked it, and it was still delicious even reheated. My only complaint would be the mashed potatoes; they were dry and lacked seasoning. However, I will definitely be back here again.
